Brief Answer:
Please attach a photo of it.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Can you please attach a photo of this mark so I can give more precise answer. Otherwise it will be only guessing of what could this be.

Most common black marks are moles. Mole is a kind of benign skin tumor which in some cases can lead to melanoma malignum. If a mole starts growing, changes size, color, itches, hurts, should be removed and tested by a pathologist.
The best way to determine if a mole should be removed is to consult dermatologist. Dermatologist is able to examine it with dermatoscope and type which moles should be removed.

This is the best answer I can give not being able to see it.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
