Brief Answer:
Go to ER for slow reduction

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:
1. Blood pressure is too high.
2. Slow reduction necessary.
3. Risk of stroke, specifically hemorrhagic stroke high.
4. Additional antihypertensive medication necessary in future. ACE inhibitors and beta blockers maybe added.
5. Watch for weakness of limbs etc.

Go to ER immediately. Diastolic is too high.
