first it can be caused by some unnoticed hit even minor one,especially if you are taking aspirine. Also it can be spontaneous hematoma due to coagulation changes which are affected by these drugs.
In every case this shouldnt concern you at this point. You can apply cold compresses or heparin gel to facilitate hematoma resorption.
If bruisings develop on other places,then you need to check your coagulation parameters,trombocytes and rbc since it could indicate some more serious hematologic disorders. wish you good health. Feel free to ask. Regards
