Pyogenic ulcer genitals , proper management
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
I have seen the attached pictures .
You seem to have developed a pyogenic ulcer which could be either secondary to folliculitis or any trauma.
I can see a lot of pus accumulation which means the lesion is infected.
You should clean the affected area twice a day with some antiseptic lotion. Since the skin over groin is thin, make sure you dilute the antiseptic lotion with water before applying to the wound.
After cleaning , you should apply an antibiotic cream like neosporin or mupirocin over the lesion.
You can also take some anti inflammatory agent like paracetamol twice a day to reduce the associated pain and inflammation .
I am sure if you follow the above regimen for a week , the lesion should get better and heal.
Do not apply any other cream or oil over it .
Hope it solves your problem
Please ask if you need any further information
