What Does A Clicking Sound While Walking After Hip Replacement Surgery Suggest?

Question: my wife had right hip replacement last monday,home now doing walking i walk along side her hear a slight sort of noise like small clicking sound she cant hear, my ears are very good is that normal healing process or possiple proplem,nurse comes tommorow for change bandage

That can be normal after a hip replacement. It can just be part of the hardware getting adjusted around her ligaments and tendons.
Have the nurse check it and then make sure her orthopedist checks it at the next visit.
It is not a reason to assume something is wrong.
