Question : I have a small 3-4 mm dark spot which gradually appeared on the head of my penis. It does not bother me, itch or burn. It is embarrassing. i first noticed it about a year ago and began to grow and darken. it has stayed the same size for the last 3 months. I can only notice it while flaccid, while I have an erection it is hardly noticeable.
