What Does A Drop Om Heart Rate After Activity Indicate?

Question: My blood pressure is low average 90/62 pulse goes from 54 to 160 with just walking. My blood oxygen also goes from 97 and drops to 83 with any kind of activity. Do you have any idea what's going on?
