I have reviewed the attached photographs and it is looking like either lichen simplex chronicus which is a chronic type of eczema or friction dermatitis associated with masturbation.
Is this patch associated with itching?
Are you having similar lesions anywhere else on the body?
What is the duration of the lesion?
