Noted your concern.

Fasting blood sugar (done after 8 hours of fast) of 111 denote pre-diabetes state (Impaired Fasting Glucose).

Following factors contribute to development of pre-diabetes or diabetes
- Family history of diabetes.
- Obesity/overweight (BMI more than 23 in XXXXXXX circumstances).
- Lack of physical activity.
- Stressful life and unhealthy eating habits.

As you have done only Fasting blood sugar level diagnosis of diabetes based on post-prandial blood sugar level may be missed. Hence In your case I may suggest to do OGTT (Oral Glucose Tolerance Test) and HbA1C level to confirm normal blood sugar level or pre-diabetes or diabetes status.

Once your diagnosis is confirmed based on above test results further line of action can be suggested.
