Question : I am 38 year old male. I was diagnosed with a gastric ulcer. I have suffered from acid issues burning my throat and choking me for years. now I can't hardly eat because it comes back up. I have been on all the major antacid s to no avail. I weigh 230 and smoke.

Since you have done with all medical therapy, I suggest to meet a Gastro surgeon who can do corrective surgery.
Smoking is biggest threat that you have turning this ulcer to tumor. You need an endoscopy first to check the ulcer, take a biopsy and report it.
