This green part in the middle of testis in the picture is what i am asking about. i need to know what is this. is it related to varicocele by any mean.

The green patch that is seen in the middle of testis is most likely a small subcutaneous hematoma .
It will get absorbed gradually and get resolved spontaneously .
If you do not have any alarming symptoms it is better to overlook it and observe it for 3-4 weeks more.
You may take pain killers like Brufen twice daily.
