Cyst
Detailed Answer:
My Dear,
thanks for sending your query to us.
This is a eyelid cyst, this is usually filled with a watery substance. This is unlikely to respond to any tt.Though we can wait for a while to see if it can resolve on its own and observe the progress.
The tt in such cases is surgical removal, that is a very small out door procedure.
Please do get back to me in case of any further query in this regard.

Thank you for your reply I was pretty sure it was a cyst because it's not bleeding or itchy. It doesn't even hurt. I will get him to get it checked out.
