Brief Answer:
Considerations

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for the query,

This may be a tiny swollen lymph node. This can happen from time to time depending on exposure to allergens or possibly from a virus.

Would recommend observation and also refrain from touching the area for the time being.

Other consideration would be a small cyst - usually a benign collection of fluid or oils from the skin surface.

Thanks again for the query and please let us know if you have any additional specific concerns that you would like to discuss.

Sincerely,

Dr. Galamaga
