Herpes zoster or commonly known as shingles. Nothing to be worried about.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Welcome again and thanks for posting your good resolution pictures.
I can understand your concern for the sudden appearance of bumps on the side since 3 days.
After analyzing the query and pictures with best diligence I can make out a diagnosis of herpes zoster or commonly known as shingles.
To tell you simply- It is a simple viral infection which occurs due to activity of varicella zoster virus. It is generally seen on waist area but can occur on any site right form head to toe. In your case it is present at one side of the body (probably left side as I can make out form the picture). Typically, the most important thing is grouped vesicles or blisters with itching or pain or irritation only on one side of body.
The itching or pain or irritation can vary from person to person and is least in young persons of your age. That is why you have minimal of the symptoms. Had it been after the age of 35 years then would had been accompanied with more severe symptoms.
The most important part is that it generally occurs only one side, with varying pain and tenderness and that too sudden in its appearance. Another typical future is that it occurs only once in life time.
In your case there are only few bumps been present which shows very good immunity in yourself. Also below waist is the least problematical area where there are least chances of aggravation at your age.
In my patients if the with your kind of cases I generally give antiviral medications such acyclovir or famcyclovir as per body weight. It is most effective if given within 72 hours of onset. In your case you can meet your family physician to decide whether to give this mediation or not.
Till the time you meet a your doctor you can take an anti-inflammatory medications such as diclofenac or paracetamol for one to two times and can apply an antibacterial cream such as mupirocin or gentamycin.
Overall it will take 7-14 days for complete healing and would not cause any future issues.
I hope this information will help you. If you have further queries I will be happy to help.
"Wish you good health and early recovery from the problem"

Herpes and Shingles are two different entities.
Detailed Answer:
Dear young lady,
Thanks for your swift follow up.
Herpes and Shingles are two different entities.
In herpes : it occurs due to herpes simplex virus at genital or oral area and is recurrent in nature, meaning occurs again and again. The area as well as the appearance is different from shingles.
In shingels: better known as Herpes zoster (the name "herpes" just because belongs to same group of virus) occurs once in life time and never recurs back. In young adults it is with minimal of symptoms and the severity increases with increase in age. It occurs just for once and you can recapitulate that you never had such kind of eruptions any time before.
I have already given all the points related to shingles in previous mail.
I reassure you fully that it is quite simple and one time condition and will never recur back and has got no relation with clinical entity of herpes except for belonging to same group of viruses.
I hope this information will help you. If you have further queries I will be happy to help.
