Most likely its Dacryocystitis.Dacryocystitisis an infection in the tear drainage system. Tears drain from each eye through small canals, a tear sac (lacrimal sac) and a tear duct (nasolacrimal duct).If adults get a tear duct infections, it usually is because their tear ducts have become abnormally narrowed by continued growth of surrounding bone. The ducts are more rigid and less able to flush out the debris that can cause blockages.It may be inflammatory swelling making an air pocket. since is in angle of eye, it may be allergic.
Consult your opthalmologist for a thorough physical examination.
Eye drop Moxifloxacin 2/2/2 along with anti-histaminic tablet like cetrizine can be used for few days(After consulting your Opthalmologist).
