Question : I notice a large lump in my privat part on the right side only and the iche is unbearably

Hi dear!
I understand your concern.
Lump in your genitals may be a Bartholinis cyst.
But diagnosis can be determined only by inspection of your genitals from your gyn.
Have Sitz baths for 3 to 4 per day and soak the bump during warm baths.
Itching in your age can be caused from vaginal atrophy or yeast infection.
For vaginal itching you can use vaginal moisture or by the counter creams containing hydrocortizone.
Please bring me a report with a photo of your vulva.
