Tonsillar mass
Detailed Answer:
hi
welcome to healthcare magic and thanks for putting up the query
tonsillar mass can be a cyst or a hemangioma or a growth
as the age is very less..probably it is a cyst or a lymphomatous mass
please send me the pictures of her throat so that I can suggest you better
also tell me for how long it is there? and can you feel any swellings in her neck too?
any further questions are always welcome
Thanks and regards

Tonsillar mass
Detailed Answer:
hi
Thanks for the follow up query and the picture
In the picture I can see the mass arising from the left tonsil..it looks like a cyst but rest of the tonsillar tissue also looks unhealthy ..the right tonsil is not clearly visible but it also looks like enlarged .. my opinion to you is please visit an ENT SPECIALIST. . the tissue on palpation can be better diagnosed.. the treatment for this is tonsillectomy followed by histopathological examination of the tonsillar tissue..
the Pathology looks like benign but nothing confirmatory can be said unless histopathology report is seen..
any further management will depend on the report only
any further questions are always welcome
Thanks and regards
