Question : I have a small pea size very hard lump under the skin on my abdominal level with my navel. I can feel other bumps along the same line but nothing that is hard and round. It hurts if pushed. I am 19 stone and 5ft 5in, 51 female and diabetic. Could this be cancer

No,this is not usual manifestation of tumors so you don't have to be concerned. This is probably just some benign subcutaneous lesion such as fibromia, lipoma or ateroma. this can be surgically removed under local anesthesia if there is esthetic concerns or rapid growth.
