Question : my wife got a lump on her head from years may be 10 yes and now it seems that it increases slowly and gradually.any solution??

That limp could be a sebaceous cyst or lipoma.

But to confirm the diagnosis you need to show her to a surgeon for a clinical evaluation as each of this has a different feel and consistency and characterstics that differentiate one from the other. He can also plan its excision which is a opd procedure done under local anesthesia, if you want.
