Most probably subcutaneous blood accumulation
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for getting back with the answers. I have gone through them. Features are suggestive of subcutaneous blood accumulation which could be due to multiple causes. It will resolve itself as soon as blood gets absorbed in few days. Meanwhile take hot water in a rubber bottle and place it over your breast area. It will give soothing effect.
Hopefully it will resolve itself in few days. If it does not clears or condition aggravates then you need to visit hospital & get an appointment for a "Consultant Dermatologist" for further workup.
Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!

Wait & observe for few days.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank you for the followup image.
The change in color most likely is because of change in consistency of blood accumulated in subcutaneous area. As i mentioned earlier, wait for 2-3 days & observe. If it improves then it's a good sign, otherwise visit hospital & get an appointment for a "Consultant Dermatologist" for further workup.
Thank You

Stay with ibuprofen

Hello
Image showed a slight change. You can take ibuprofen thrice a day. Apart from that, apply polyfax plus ointment over the sore area. Hopefully you will see improvement soon and no further management would be required.
