Hello,

Thanks for posting the query to HCM.
If the lump which you have developed is because of the Du rag then place the ice cubes on the lesion for every 3 hours for 2 days. This ice fomentation will take care of the lesion. Do not tie the Du rag now till the lump resolves.

But if the Lesion was there from before, But you have noticed it just because you tied Du rag now then it should be examined by a doctor to rule out the cause.

Any issue do follow up.
