Brief Answer:
needs to be incised

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is likely a small infected cyst or a small abscess.

A cyst is a sac. It may be empty or contain fluid which may become infected.

An abscess is a collection of pus, it may or may not be contained within a cyst.

In either case, despite the use of antibiotic, the small area needs to be incised to heal completely.

Despite the antibiotic, if the collection remains then the infection would not completely resolve.

This is only a minor in office procedure where the area would be cleaned and a small incision made.

It would heal quickly.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
