can you please describe the lump. is it increasing size? what is the size. how long it is there. do you see any hole on it? can you pinch skin over it. is it movable or fixed ?

Marble size. Started off as a boil that i couldnt fully push out. Usually they go away but this one didn't. It's been over a year now and it still hasn't gone away and it has a smell to it

Hi,

You seem to be describing a lump called Sebaceous cyst. This has a punctum to it and emits bad smell because of accumulating and infected sebum.
You should get this excised completely now by a surgeon else it would not heal completely esp with its size now.
