Question: I've had a mass on the left side of my neck for about 2-3 years and now it seems to be growing larger. What should I do?

the size of the mass is about the size of a quarter. The skin above is stuck to the mass and it is XXXXXXX There is a bit of tenderness and I will attach a picture when I get home
