Question : I constantly have a yeast like substance around the crevices of my vagina it seems as though as the day goes on it grows there. No weird smell no discharge just when I wipe myself after using washroom I see crumb of it on the tissue then I use a wet step to get it out please help me
Brief Answer:
Need internal per speculum examination
Detailed Answer:
Hi
GREETINGS
Though you have mentioned that no smell or discharge I suggest you to get a speculum examination to rule out internal infections.
If nothing, try wearing cotton briefs and wash vulval areas with lactic acid containing solutions like V Wash.
Avoid using soap inside the labia and keep it dry to avoid moisture.
You can also try applying anti yeast ointments twice daily.
Hope you are not diabetic?
Regards
