Brief Answer:
you may need to investigate

Detailed Answer:
Hello
I have studied your case. The symptoms are not very specific to particular ailment. You will require investigation to come to a conclusion. For lump you may need to investigate further like complete blood count, ESR and if required CT scan. An enlarged lymph node is what I feel is the cause of lump.

Back pain can be due to lump. Therefore I will urge you to see a local doctor and discuss about the aforementioned tests.

I hope I have answered your questions. If you have further questions please feel free to contact us. I will be happy to answer. Take care.
