Question : Ive recently had my first child and ive noticed that the little piece of flesh that hangs out of my vaginal opening has gotten a lot longer. Is this sonething i need to be worried about?

They are benign structure of vagina and only 1% can return in malign forms.
Hence you should only contact with your gyn .
He or she can excise it and take it for biopsy.
