What Does A Pimple Over The Scrotum Indicate?
Question: hello dotor from last 2-3 year I have pimple on balls below my cock. Earlier they had some liquid type but then the liquid came ount and the place where they are now become tight and this types of pimples increase more and in numbers and now they are around 20-25. Suggest me what is that and what is the procedure to resolve this issue. i m in big tension because from last month i got married.

As per your description, it looks like you have got multiple sebaceous cyst over your scrotum. It's a relatively rare condition, but well documented in literature.
It's treatment depends on the degree of severity and presence or absence of infection. If its infected, and very densely packed then, excision of the entire scrotal skin is preferred, followed by flap reconstruction. If its not infected and loosely placed without any infection, then excision of individual cyst can be tried.
So, I would suggest that you show it to a surgeon, for a clinical evaluation and confirmation of the diagnosis, so that further management can be discussed with him.
