Brief Answer:
Many reasons.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I have read your query.

There are many reasons of pop up sound from hip. These include sprains and strains, inflammation for joint, arthritis, bursitis, tendinitis, sciatica, hairline fracture, snapping hip etc. and many more. Nerves which supply the hip joint also supply thigh muscles.

You just get x-ray of pelvis with both hips in AP view done and send me the report.

Do no squat or upstairs.

Take 1 tab. aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside by prescription of doctor.

I hope it helps.
