What Does A Purple Discoloration On The Ring Finger Indicate?
Question: I woke up with a purple discolored ring finger on my right hand. Second joint area. It was very purple and has lightened. The coloring in under the skin, not like a food stain would be. I have never worn a ring on that hand and it does not look very swollen and does not hurt. I also had a bite mark near my neck, like a spider with a round area around it.
I just had maintenance herceptin infusion on friday (post stage four breast cancer), but have never had a reaction in the two years I've been taking it. Also take some blood pressure meds, lyrica and metformin, again no reactions like this before.

I have taken a picture. Where do I send it? No I don't remember any recent bone scan for bone cancer. I had a PET scan two years ago and there was no cancer shown. There was cancer in three out of six lymph nodes removed. I then had radiation 37-39 treatments.
Forget to mention I have DDD in neck and back, that's why I take lyrica. Nerve pain by history in right arm/hand. Again where do I send picture?
