Question: i have a bump raised area on my back right side of spine no disconfort ward to touch 3 inches long about same high no pain

It could be Lipoma.

Hi
Swelling in the back near the spine could be a Lipoma.
Exact diagnosis will be confirmed by Clinical examination and FNAC (Fine needle aspiration cytology ).If it is confirmed, excision has to be done.
Another possibility is Sebaceous cyst which occurs in relation to hair follicle.
Please post a pic if possible.
As there is no pain,it is not an infective lesion.
Please consult your doctor, get examined clinically and proceed accordingly.
