Brief Answer:
Appears inflammation - should subside.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. It appears to be inflammatory swelling. Is the lesion red or black? If its red, it is inflammation.

2. Not to worry. If there is no open wound. If the size is small, pain should reduce once inflammation subsides.

3. Take NSAIDS painkillers for pain.

Send a image, if possible of the lesion.

Any further queries, happy to help again.
