Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concern regarding your skin problem and I hope I am able to help you in the same.
I have seen the attached pictures.
Your mother seems to have developed small petechial spots over the lower legs. Now in her age group, such spots can occur even de novo, meaning without any reason owing to stress on vessel walls .
But at the same time it is important to rule out other important caused fit development of such sub epidermal bleeding spots .
These could also denote a drug reaction or can occur due to a drop in the blood platelet count .
Since your mother had received a vaccination recently and also I assume , she must be on various drugs, so it is necessary to see your treating doctor soon to look into the exact cause for development of these lesions .

Brief Answer:
Should see a doctor soon

Detailed Answer:
Hi again

An immediate consultation would be preferred owing to the fact that she has developed these lesions suddenly and she has never had them before .
She might need certain blood tests to rule out any blood cell related problems.
