                                    Brief Answer:
Need for regular treatment
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have seen the attached picture.
The rash looks like an eczematous fungal infection .
Suca skin rash needs to be managed by a regular treatment with a combination of topical steroid and antifungal creams .
I don't see anything wrong with the medicines you have been using but the issue might have been irregular or inadequate treatment .
A continuous application of the combination cream for atleast three weeks is necessary in such cases so as to avoid recurrence. So you can restart treatment again .
Remember to wear cotton clothes and cotton undergarments and to avoid application of any moisturisers or oil to the area .
