Brief Answer:
It looks like a Sebaceous cyst.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I saw the pic.
It looks like an Infected sebaceous cyst.
The white thing that is visible is Pus.If the pus is drained, the cyst wall will be intact and may recur at a later date.
So,it has to be removed completely.
It is a simple procedure. It can be done under local Anaesthesia.
Please consult your Surgeon and proceed accordingly.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query.
If you have any questions,I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards

Brief Answer:
There are no home remedies.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I am sorry to say that there are no home remedies for this.
Over the counter Antibiotic cream will not be helpful.
This is a swelling which has a Cyst wall along with contents. In your case, the contents got infected.Eventhough pus comes out,the cyst wall will remain and cause recurrence later.
So,it has to be removed completely to prevent recurrence.
It is a very simple procedure.
Wish you good health.
