The first two pictures about 2-3 days ago. Started having sex with my long time gf unprotected. To be specific it's about 2 times a day and don't always take a shower right after. The third picture appeared today. No other lesions

                                    Brief Answer:
As explained below.
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the feedback and additional picture.
Noted the history.
This looks more of a skin lesion like folliculitis that can appear after sex, the area might be getting more stretched or rubbed, hair being pulled or anything like that during the intercourse.
Please wash the area immediately after sex.
Use Liquid povidone iodine locally after cleaning to keep the area sterile.
Ask your gf whether she has any such lesion, leucorrhoea or so.
I hope this clears up soon.

The 4th pic is the same lesion as the third pic but appears to have become inflamed. Still no itch or burn or pain or any discharge but concerned how it looks inflamed.
