Question : Hello I have a red spot about the size of a dime on my leg but it doesn't hurt or itch I have been putting a ton of lotion on it but it's not helping. I've had it about a month.

It is looking like a psoriasis plaque.
I treat such cases with clobetasol cream in day and coal tar ointment in night.
I have seen excellent response in my patients within a week.
