Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

This two lumps are not the same things and this is just a coincidence that both have appeared in the same time (I`m pretty sure that the lump on the toe is there for quite long time).
The reddish lump on the leg is an abscess for sure. It could appear in the infected sebaceous cyst. If so, before the redness appeared there was a painless and much smaller lump in the very same area. Leg lump has to be incised and drained. Whitish masses which are inside should be removed with surrounding capsule. Otherwise it will be recurring.
Toe lump looks like benign skin lesion. It might be a fibroma. But to get accurate diagnose it should be removed and tested under a microscope.
Both lumps should be treated by a general surgeon.

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.

Thank you for your reply, if it is a fibroma, would there be any re-occurance around the body if this is removed ? And is there any harm if it is left untreated ?

Brief Answer:
.

Detailed Answer:
Fibroma can happen to every person at every location. So possibility of its appearance in other body region exists and has nothing to do with this fibroma on the toe.
If it grows should be removed and checked by a histopathologist. It will be safer for you.

Regards.
