Brief Answer:
Need to consult qualified General Surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .

You have noticed a constricting band around Coronal Sulcus of penis on erection .

This is due to formation of thick scar tissue around Coronal Sulcus resulting from long standing trivial injury caused during sexual activities .

I shall be happy if you can post me more details to help me in making precise comments
1) Do you have pain in penis or Glans after erection ?
2) Do you have any difficulty in penetration or performing sex ?

You need to consult qualified General Surgeon or Urologist for clinical examination in person to assess whether it needs to incised .

If you have pain while penetrating vagina or sexual intercourse I would suggest you to get the constricting band incised .

This is a very simple and short procedure done under local anesthesia as a out door procedure and offers permanent cure .

Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
