Question : I have a small cyst on the right middle lobe of the lung. Is this likely to be a problem?

It is most likely healed lesion.

I can understand your concern.

Since you had pneumonia, the possibility of healed lesion is more likely.
So this cyst is mostly a healed tissue from previous pneumonia.

But it's better to get done a repeat CT scan after 8-10 months. If lesion remains same or decreasing then no need to worry.

But if the lesion is increasing then you will need further investigations.
At present, no need to worry.
Please get done repeat CT scan after 8-10 months.
