Brief Answer:
small organized fibrosed cyst.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query albeit small and specific.
History says you have a 2mm hard lump at the outside of lower lip for couple of weeks and you have tried squeezing it. Now it does not hurt.

This may be a organized small cyst, gone into fibrosis.
I hope this is too small to be easily plucked out.

I hope this answers your query.

Do you think it could be squamous cancer it is right on the edge in the corner of my lower lip and I remeasured and its about 5mm it is a little red and slightly raised. Could it be swollen from me squeezing it and it also does not bleed.

Thanks again

Brief Answer:
Please post a photograph

Detailed Answer:
Cancers:
-This is necessarily a Histo-Pathological diagnosis done after excision of the lump
-Can you please post a clear photograph of the lesion ? I need to at least see. This is a great facility we have that you can attach a photograph as YYYY@YYYY
I can have at least a visual impression to see what it is.
- Short history of couple of week - a point against.
- Corner of lower lip- not the usual site.

Brief Answer:
looks like a cyst

Detailed Answer:
Thanks.
This looks to be a cyst only.
And may need excision under local anesthesia.

Thanks, I have had it at the most a month now maybe from squeezing it so much I have made it swell by damaging the tissue.
It doesn't bleed or feel crusty

If it turned out to be Squamous do you think that it is small enough not to have metastasised yet.

Thanks,

Brief Answer:
Do not worry, if anxious please get it operated

Detailed Answer:
Why do you think this is cancer?

Unless it is removed and we get the reports, why to get anxiety.
The best way is to get it removed if you are so much anxious.

I hope you are getting my point.
And even if it is squamous, it is small and too early to get metastasis.

Do not worry, if anxious please get it operated to get an exact diagnosis.
