What Does A Small Vein Like Lump On Penis Shaft Indicate?

Question: Hello Dr. I am 24 years old and I have a small vein like lump in my penis shaft for more than six years. It has openings on both the ends and when I squeeze it out at any of the opening, a white substance comes out of it. I can clearly feel the solid state of this vein like lump when my penis is in erected state. One doctor said it is an Epidermoid cyst that need to be surgically excised to resolve this lesion but another doc said it may be caused due to my childhood circumcision and the body sends out the waste through these openings and there is no cure for this. Periodically i squeeze out the white substance but for the past six months i can see a small new opening is emerged near one of the openings which looks like that this vein like lump is extended a little. Now I am getting married and my future wife is interested in oral sex which makes me to fear whether this white substance from the lump will infect her. It makes me more depressed, since I tried different medications but it still exists. I want this to get cured. Please help me.
