my mate thinks it's a flea bite but then my legs get sore when they rub so maybe both

I have reviewed the attached photograph and it seems to be paedrous dermatitis which is an insect bite hypersensitivity reaction.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid and antibiotic like Neosporin ointment and cortisone cream on the affected area twice daily and take oral antibiotic like tablet cephalexin 500 mg twice daily for 5 days.
Oral antibiotics are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
