Brief Answer:
Need to have the full tests reports

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concern.

1. Before running into final conclusions, I need to have a look at the reports of tests you did to analyse them myself. I need to understand what exactly was the stitch found in your kidney.

2. With regards to hiatal hernia, usually it won't cause any serious problem if accidentally noted during a routine exams.

The only problem noted might be related to stomach issues like heartburn, etc.

The treatment is usually symptomatic. Surgery is determined by the size of hernia, complications, general health of the patient and age.

Looking forward to have the requested information in.
