Question : hello sir
i had my lunch at 3:30 and i ate 7 to 8 idli and sambar alond with half glass of mixed fruit juice ( canned)
i checked my sugar after four hours and it was 174
am i diabetic?
also have become overweight since the last 2 years
my height is 75 feet 7 inch and my weight is 95kg
i m a male
can this be the reason behind sugar being high
and is 175 4 hours after meal as i told you is high or normal?

sorry actually there was some problem in the machine i did the test again and the level is 135 to 140
