Brief Answer:
doesn't seem to be of concern.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!
Welcome to Healthcare Magic.

I had gone through your query and the pictures you send.If you refer to the vertical dark line in your fingernails ,you don't need to worry.
This discoloration is very common and rarely has serious causes.
Vertical ridges or lines in the nail often do not have a clear cause. It might be due to rupture of very tinny blood vessels under the nail.
If despite this you are feeling well and don't have any other symptom,it is not concerning.Sometimes they may be due to Vitamin B12 and folate deficiency but in this case you would experience other symptoms.

You can just observe this and if this lines get more darker or affect most of your fingernails you may see a physician for complete evaluation.

Hope it helps.
Let me know if you have any other question or doubt to clarify.I will be happy to assist you further.

Kind regards,

What could be the signs if it's gets darker

Brief Answer:
detailed below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again!

If these dark lines get darker and you experience some of symptoms like:
-weakness, fatigue
-strange sensations, numbness, or tingling in the hands, legs, or feet
-anemia
-a swollen, inflamed tongue
-yellowed skin (jaundice)

In this case you might have Vitamin B12 deficiency and should consult a physician for diagnosis.
Vitamin B12 deficiency can be slow to develop, causing symptoms to appear gradually and intensify over time.

Right now you don't need to worry. It is very common finding and in most of the cases there is no known cause for this.

Take care,
Dr.Rovena

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Muscle twitches are involuntary muscle contractions and they are a normal body reaction .Everyone can experience muscle twitching once in a while but there are some conditions that can cause frequent or persistent muscle twitching including:
-Anxiety and stress
-Drinking too much coffee
-Hard exercises.
-Dehydration (if you don't drink enough fluids during the day)
-Vitamin Deficiencies .
You should eat healthy ,drink plenty of fluids and sleep well.

It is normal to have muscle twitching once in a while but if they are very frequent ,persist and cause problems with your daily activities ,you should consult a physician and get examined.

If you have any other question ,you are welcome.

Take care.
