Question : had a wart on my inside of lower arm used wart remover could you please tell me if this picture i am sending looks right

I understand your concern.The image you posted is little unclear but still I could see some redness in it.If you see any pus forming dot in it,then it is infected.If nothing like that happens,you will be perfectly fine.
