Question : I have a single firm white bump approximately 3 or 4mm in diameter on my scrotum.

I've had this bump for about 6 months.
It is not painful or tender or itchy or anything like that.

Thanks for the information.
A long standing white,smooth,asymptomatic bump on scrotum indicates a sebaceous cyst of the scrotum.
This is formed by blockage of sebaceous gland ducts which are abundant in scrotal skin.This is a pure benign condition and no treatment is needed.
Anyhow,if you want for cosmetic reason,this can be removed by a very simple minor procedure under local anasthesia.A general surgeon can help in this.
