Brief Answer:
MOSTLY BLADDER OR URINARY TRACT INFECTION.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for writing to us.

According to your information and history, it is MOSTLY suggestive of Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) or Bladder infection. Herpes should be ruled out.

I suggest you to undergo pelvic examination to your doctor along with one urine microscopy and culture test to confirm the diagnosis.

TREATMENT: You need to take one course of ANTIBIOTIC and URINE ALKALISER (to be taken with water). Paracetamol should be taken to reduce body ache, urethral pain or fever. Kindly, consult with your treating doctor for complete prescription.

PREVENTION: You must drink plenty of water (2.5 to 3 lit/ day), take cranberry juice (one glass) regularly, maintain genital hygiene properly, avoid sexual contact for at least 4 weeks, empty bladder in time, don't use chemical product around genital region and wear clean-cotton underwear only.

Hope, it helps for your information. Kindly, close the discussion if you don't have any other query.

Wish your good health and take care yourself.

Regards,
Dr Soumen
