Question : Hello. I have a whooshing in my when i change positions eg rolling over in bed, standing up or bending over. My eyes sometimes jump in flourescent lights and feel dizzy or light headed most of the time..i also can hear my eye balls move sometimes.... I have had a scan to see my ear structures and they came back normal. I am now being refiered to a clinic that deals with dizzyness etc. What are your thoughts on what this coule please and thankyou

In my opinion you should visit the vertigo clinic for detailed check up and confirmation of diagnosis
meanwhile please follow these guidelines
take precaution while standing up to avoid fall and injury
Get up from bed or move very slowly
keep your self busy in all kind of pleasurable activities pursue your hobbies
just relax and enjoy your life you need not worry much about I am sure you will be alright very soon
