What Does A Whooshing Sensation While Standing Up Or Bending Down Indicate?

Question: Hello. I have a whooshing in my when i change positions eg rolling over in bed, standing up or bending over. My eyes sometimes jump in flourescent lights and feel dizzy or light headed most of the time..i also can hear my eye balls move sometimes.... I have had a scan to see my ear structures and they came back normal. I am now being refiered to a clinic that deals with dizzyness etc. What are your thoughts on what this coule please and thankyou
